Mission
The School of Management at Da-Yeh University incorporates creativity as well as the spirit of teamwork in course design, aiming at preparing students for various levels of management-related jobs. We offer complete doctorate, master’s and bachelor’s programs, taught by an excellent faculty with managerial experiences. In order to provide capable staff for the business world, we are engaged in a variety of innovative activities, such as collaborative curricular planning with our partner enterprises and introducing industry instructors to open practice-oriented courses. In order to equip students, as well as faculty members, with practical abilities in management and flexibility in coping with changes in external environments, we collaborate with local industries on enterprise-visiting, enterprise apprenticeship and academic-industry cooperation projects.

Education Characteristics
- To foster students’ practical understandings and operational capabilities, we offer collaborative curricular planning with local enterprises and introduce instructors from industries for practical courses.
- The School of Management builds key research directions in accordance with the managerial and developmental needs of small and medium enterprises, including local industries in the central Taiwan.
- To equip students, as well as faculty members, with practical abilities in management, we collaborate with local industries on various activities: enterprise-visiting, enterprise apprenticeships, student projects and practical speeches. Through these partnerships, we also aim to help enterprises solve a variety of managerial problems.
- To strengthen the flexibility of students, as well as faculty members, in coping with changes in external environments, our programs incorporate the needs of sustainability for small and medium enterprises and local industries in central Taiwan.
